Description:

Due to expansion we are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for our New York office.

IPS has been running for over 30 years, with offices in California and the United Kingdom.

This role requires experience in solution sales, recruitment, staffing or consultancy with the main focus of customer facing presentations.

We offer unique people services, project fulfilment & consultancy with on client site or in our development centers options.

BDM Responsibilities:

Locate and propose business opportunities with potential customers within the NYC area and beyond.

Communicate with Pre-Sales and Delivery Unit during sales cycle.

Build a pipeline of opportunities that can be delivered for long term client partnership.

Close new business deals by meeting clients and presenting our custom solutions.


Experience Needed:

Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Information Technology Services.

Experience in communicating, presenting and selling to C-suite.

Experienced in selling into and have contacts within Financial Services organisations.

Experience selling IT services ideally including contact, consultancy or offshore / international delivery.

Track record of exceeding revenue targets of $3m per year.

Experienced in selling Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Agile, Scrum or Dev Ops teams a big advantage.
