A front-line Technical Recruitment Consultant is required for our new Manhattan operation. We operate within the IT solutions space, partnering with leading companies in the USA and internationally by taking on high-value projects to save clients time and money. You’ll be expected to communicate with and bring in a diverse portfolio of clientele to grow the book of business.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to build, grow and lead a team to deliver our high demand services including; talent acquisition, managed services and a graduate academy to the tristate area.
This role offers high earning potential to the right person, with duties including business development, recruiting, client building, new client meetings, conducting warm calls and delivering prospect pitches.
We have international coverage with offices in England, Scotland and San Francisco and travel to these locations may be needed. Our recruitment and staffing solutions are giving large corporations market-leading solutions, meaning a huge opportunity for the team.
This role offers a generous salary with uncapped commission potential.
Must have previous IT Sales, IT Recruitment, IT Staffing or Business Development experience. This position would be suitable for people with a background in Recruitment, Customer Success, Business Development, IT Solutions or Talent Acquisition.
Success in this role will lead to fast promotion to run the office with additional financial reward.
