Develop hands-on life science educational products and activities for use in teaching labs to university level. Designing, conducting, and troubleshooting experiments required for discovery, development, and validation of new products. Generating and analyzing data to aid in strategic decision making surrounding new and existing products

Experience with molecular biology laboratory techniques including (but not limited to) DNA extraction, PCR, gene editing, cloning (traditional, Golden Gate, Gibson, etc), SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, sequence analysis, bioinformatics. A depth of experience in bacterial systems and gene regulation is preferred. A broad knowledge base of biology and science in general, with the ability to communicate scientific principles at an audience appropriate level. A PhD in a life science discipline is ideal.
