Description:

The role includes budgeting, scheduling and monitoring developments of corporate facility construction projects in the Northern California area. Conduct project reports, project permitting and contractor/vendor selection and coordination. Facility types including labs, offices, and diverse manufacturing environments. Perform project feasibility studies including scope, schedule and budget reviews. Develop processes for delivery of projects in a consistent manner. Facilities project management experience required, including lab and office space design and construction.


This is for a global Biotech company in the Bay Area.

Environment: MS Project, Excel and Access
