Genesys Server, Genesys Routing Strategies, Genesys Configuration Management, Ability to Execute Performance and Load Tests, Genesys Systems Architecture, Genesys Routing Applications and Configuration Objects.

At least 3 years Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) experience. |

Further Information:
This is a full time position for a household name company with a large scale Genesys Call Center. This is a career position with on-site training into other related skills and would require you to be dynamic and have an aptitude to learn.
