Position Description:
|
This is an Epic Ambulatory Trainer role, at this time the person MUST be living on the West Coast.
* MUST have VERY strong Epic Ambulatory expertise
* Epic Certification from Epic is a nice to have
* Understand and be able document workflows
* Develop and modify training materials (we are starting on the version 10 upgrade soon)
* Recognize where efficiencies could be realized
* Strong analyst skills - would be great if they know the Remedy support tracking tool.
* Know how to test the application - write and or follow test scripts
* Really be able to dig down to understand User issues and/or requests for system changes
* Could deliver both classroom and elbow-elbow training in different settings - Doctors to clinical team members
* Willing to rotate an on-call schedule with team
* Can handle flexible hours on occasion (some weekend go lives if bringing up a new practice)
* Good temperament- able to handle stress and the occasional stressed out Users (able to handle and diffuse conflict in a positive manner)
* Works well in a team environment
* Self Starter - knows what needs to get done
* Knows how to prioritize tasks - and what to do if struggling with defining priorities
* Accountable to other team members and carries a fair share of the work demands
This role is about supporting and training a variety of Users in both small and large audiences. |
